Les Dudek
Southern Rock
Like many musicians, Les Dudek was influenced by acts like The Beatles, Cream, and Jimi Hendrix growing up. Where Dudek splits from the rest is in his name. Dudek comes from the Slavic word, Duda, meaning street performer, so its clear the man has it in his genes. Despite remaining relatively unknown outside of his cult like following, Dudek has played with artists like Cher, Boz Scaggs, Stevie Nicks, The Allman Brothers, Steppenwolf and many others. His laundry list of musical cohorts gives just a slice of what this man can do on guitar. On what he calls, “the first leg of a lifelong tour”, you better bet your bottom dollar Dudek is soon to be here at Anthology rocking bodies and making new fans.
