Indie folk band GOOD OLD WAR features former members of the Philadelphia band Days Away. Good Old War is currently working on a new album scheduled for release in October.
Good Old War was started after Days Away went on hiatus. Former members Keith Goodwin and Tim Arnold recruited Daniel Schwartz from Unlikely Cowboy. In 2008 the band recorded their debut album Only Way to Be Alone. They released their self titled second album in June 2010, which peaked at #150 on the Billboard 200.
The single “My Own Sinking Ship” from their upcoming album was made available for free download in April.
