  • Maine Lobster Bisque (vegetarian soup will also be available) / Lobster Medallions and Wild Mushrooms
  • Grilled Asparagus and Poached Ranch Egg / Wild Arugula, Endive, Prosciutto

• Second course choice of:
  • Long Pepper Crusted Ahi Tuna / Haricot Vert and Citrus Salad
  • Asian Pear and Fennel Salad / Candied Walnuts, Blue Cheese, Cranberry Vinaigrette

  • New Zealand John Dory / Baby Artichoke, Fennel, and Fingerling Potato Ragout
