MENU: Includes three-course dinner with glass of champagne upon arrival.

• Maine Lobster Bisque (vegetarian soup will also be available) / Lobster Medallions and Wild Mushrooms
• Grilled Asparagus and Poached Ranch Egg / Wild Arugula, Endive, Prosciutto

• Second course choice of:
• New Zealand John Dory / Baby Artichoke, Fennel, and Fingerling Potato Ragout
• Oven Roasted Organic Chicken Breast / Braised Baby Vegetables and Natural Sherry Jus
• Grilled Filet Mignon / Cipollini Onion, Wilted Spinach, Potato Gratin
• Wild Mushroom Risotto / Sautéed Baby Vegetables finished in Olive Oil
