Anthology

World-renowned jazz guitarist and singer JOHN PIZZARELLI has contributed to nearly 40 albums – either as the leader or in collaboration with other artists. He has recorded with such luminaries as George Shearing, Rosemary Clooney, Johnny Frigo and Buddy DeFranco.

Pizzarelli, a New Jersey native, is the son of jazz guitarist, Bucky Pizzarelli. As such, he was surrounded by music during his formative years – shaping his love for music and performing later in life. In 1998, Pizzarelli married singer Jessica Molaskey, who has appeared in a dozen Broadway shows. Molaskey and Pizzarelli host a nationally syndicated weekly two-hour radio program called “Radio Deluxe.” The married duo have performed together with Pizarelli’s father and his brother, Martin Pizzarelli. They come to Anthology on August 9 & 10.
